Year of Fjordly Babies

This resized badly, ugh.

This is a breeding to two horses I've had my eye on for a while. *lantairvlea's Skolvfast's Odin is a rare grey dun (grulla) stud with a beautiful refined face and build. ~inglorious-vikings's IVS Do Me The Favor is a delightfully rough-and-tumble athletic girl with a headstrong but not combative attitude who has already thrown some quality and unique offspring. We're hoping with this matching for a nice blend of strong personality and refined build. This is part of an ongoing fjord program at Flying Feathers that we are trying to build up, especially as fjords become more popular in the game (and rightly so)!

As soon as we got these two in the breeding pasture, we could see their personalities. Odin tried to woo the mare with arched neck and flagging tail, showing off with pretty movements and careful prancing. Gangster, well, she seemed to decide that if this stallion wanted her he'd have to catch her first. It wasn't too long before they adjusted to each other's styles, but it was fun to watch until they got there.
